Good information and I am excited about using AA along side AdSense, but the ad layout in the AA formats do not always match the ad layouts in AdSense for the same form factor.
For example could we have a choice for the AA ads in the 336 large rectangle be horizontal as well as vertical??
And while I'm thinking about it, how about an ad format that would fade between a larger image and a larger text block...?
Placing the ad block within an iframe allows the page to display quicker.
Without an iframe, the page is dependent on downloading the ad code before the page is displayed. Usually, the difference is quite minimal, but it makes a big difference if the auctionads servers are responding slowly.
When that happens, it's not necessarily the fault of the ad server. My ISP has regular problems where the path to some sites is either down or very slow.
